Underground Tickets has been trading since 2009 as a online box office for music events, but we’ve had a Internet presence since 2002.

Roots

Our first website was called South West Underground (SWU) It was initially formed as a online message board for the music scene in the southwest of England. In the years since SWU evolved into a one-stop guide for listings, interviews, reviews, and news flowing from South West club and music culture.

2009 brought the launch of SWU’s online ticket shop selling tickets for gigs and festivals across the South West region.  Due to the growing popularity and high traffic passing through the SWU ticket shop we were forced to re develop the software and move the shop to its own secure server.

Development

Now our ticket shop lives at the domain of undergroundtickets.net, while SWU continues as to publish news on events and music culture at its original URL.

Prior to 2011 Underground Tickets only sold E-Tickets (Digital Downloads), With the introduction of the new box office system and a ticket printing facility, we were able to offer the customer both E-Tickets & Physical Tickets sent via mail order.

Clients

We have had a long working relationship with regular event organisers and provide a unique box office experience. We come from a event promoting background so understand promoters wants and needs and try to include this in our day to day running of the ticket agency.
